For the protection of your pet current             
vaccination records are required from         
your veterinarian for

*Rabies
*Bordetella (kennel cough) -
   required every six months

If we do not have current records on file       
please provide them BEFORE your pet is       
scheduled to board.  You or your                      
veterinarian may fax them to (719)                  
783-9088.

In some instances, due to age or health, we
may waive vaccination requirements.  
Waivers must be approved PRIOR to stay.

If your pet is in need of vaccinations we        
will be happy to have our doctor                       
administer them with an examination.   
Please let us know when you schedule         
boarding.
Pick-up and Drop-off Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday
8:30 am to noon
Saturday 8:30 am to 10:00 am

NO Pick-up or Drop-Off on Sundays
and major holidays

Please bring your pet in at least one
hour before closing so we will be able
to spend quality time with him
Dundee Memorial Animal Care Center reserves the right to refuse boarding for any pet for any
reason including health, physical condition, agressiveness or for the safety of the pet or staff.
